Needs Improvement

The biggest one, it does not support fractions, since Im a contractor I need to work with partial hours. I cant record if I work 2.5 hours. Actually it lets me set it but it doesnt multiply 2.5 times my rate, it multiplies 2 by my rate.
Then I would like to completely remove the VAT column, but I cant, at least I can disable it.
I would like to default VAT to disable and have Paid uncheck as a default, but I cant. I need to do that every time I create a new invoice.

If they fixed the fraction problem, then I would give it a better score.
