... I got this app for a new business. Its was simple and easy to upload my own logo. You can choose whether to have or not a "PAID" Stamp on the invoice. But it doesnt have options for "% deposit by costumer" or "% discount". This app will not work for me since I will give discounts to qualifying purchases and I will not always receive full payment all at once. Ill have to pay more than $3.99 but I will keep it incase my daughter needs to make an invoice for school.

Youre better off paying $40+ for a real invoicing program on the App Store. There are options to change the headings for the invoice fields but you cant change their data type, you cant mark the date when an invoice was paid, you have to double-click a field EVERY. TIME. to change the value (tabbing through almost never works). Using Numbers to create invoices works better than this program.

For the price its pretty good. Would ne nice to be able to save a database of individual items so that you dont have to type them in every time. Ill give it 5 stars if they add that feature and keep the price the same.

This is a very simple invoicing application that, if I were able to print, email or save as a PDF, would have gotten 3 or 4 stars for me. That being said, I cant email, print or save as a PDF so it gets only one star. My expectations werent high as its super cheap but I did expect it to work as its designed. Id skip it if I were you and find something else. Ill update my review when my issues are resolved. I did try to check out the support section of the site but its all in French... which I dont speak or read so I surrenedered and stopped using it.

Many of these earlier reviews appear to be for much earlier versions of this inexpensive piece of software. Ive tried several other simple invoicing apps and this one does all that I need it to do, and cleanly. I can enter partial hours, apply a discount to my charge (extremely useful for me as I often donate time and still want to show the customer what the real charge would have been), allows me to change columns and provides several different templates for look and feel. It builds a database, too, which I can easily store in a Dropbox folder so that it is both backed up and available to me at other locations. Coupled with iBank, I have all I need to replace QuickBooks on my Mac. I rate this program quite highly and found it to be of exceptional value. For under $5, I have absolutely no complaints and plenty of high praise.

I was delighted with it until the recent update, which allegedly resolved a printing problem. The update rendered my program completely unable to print or save a PDF. Ive taken the time to create August invoices, and would like to send them out, and would not like to purchase a new program and enter all of the invoice information again, but it looks like thats where Im at, because the support website is completely in French. It was excellent, but this update ruined it for me. Im not pleased at all.

I love this app!! Ive tried other big name invoicing apps that say they can do everything you need…and they always fall short or otherwise fail completely. This one is everything a simple small business could want. I wish it could print more than one copy of the invoice at a time upon initial creation, but other than that…I love it! Its fast and easy to use; and the ability to import names from your address book/contacts list makes it all the better! I cant wait for the iPhone version to come out. When it does, itll earn that 5th star from me.

Does the bare minimum you need. Easy to use. Exactly what I was looking for.

Great app! I would like for a future update to include some areas that would boost my productivity with the app itself so I can finally get away from excel spreadsheets. This app is almost the answer to my dreams :) and will get 5 stars once some tweaks get in there. I have several other small business friends that are looking for the same app so I am referring this to them as well. 1. Have the "Description" field have word wrap because sometimes I need to type a small paragraph as a description and it is currently chopping most of it off. 2. Have the ability to put whatever number I can in the "Total" section instead of it being dependent on the other line boxes. 3. Have other additional columns such as Date of Service/Transaction, Hours Worked, Total Miles, because on the Global Report it would be helpful to see the hours I worked separate from the mileage I documented for monthly/yearly statistics. 4. Have more invoice templates available. Thank you so very much for creating this, it is truly worth the cost! Looking forward to future updates!

this is a complete waste of your time DO NOT download this app. It leads you to nothing but frustration

Im a freelancer generating a few invoices a month. Was looking for something basic to relieve me from tracking Word-based invoices. This turned out to be exactly the app for the job. Extremely simple to use. I demod other apps costing $40-$100 (!) - they were confusing to set up, and the extra functionality they claim to provide must not be relevant to my needs, cos Im not missing it. This app is a surprisingly good value.

I got this over the other $30+ invoicing apps I found on the App Store - needless to say, you get what you pay for! This is invoicing at its most primitive definition - you have a fixed, rigid form that will only let you type into the predetermined boxes and design. I uploaded my company logo, and it shrunk the dimensions and wont let me resize them proportionately; no control over spacing, layout, and new fields + descriptions youd like to enter. If all youre looking for is one ugly invoice that will simply say what youre charging for and how much, this is it for you. But if you care about invoice being part of your companys image, and want to adjust details, this will be a waste of your time and money.

As others have stated this is a bare bones Invoicing app but for those of us that only need a bare bones app this almost suffices. Almost is the operative word here. There is no place one can enter a PO #, The address entry area needs some extra lines, It would be nice if one could create invoice templates. Now you have to enter the Description each time you create an invoice. I would like to see a "nickname" entry area that would be the name that appears in the "Client" area. At present the Client is the name in the first line of the address. If you have a client with the same name but differing addresses you never know what address youre choosing for that client. Im all for simplicity but this is a bit too simple. Hopefully the author will add a bit more to this application.

I occasionally do consulting work for a couple of businesses. This app works for me to create invoices. It just works….. Its not very fully featured, but it gets the job done.

Well written application good for small business, contractors, or consultants. Hoping this app is ported over to iOS and syncs to allow billing on the go!

Current version will not print, save as PDF or mail. Thanks for a steamy pile.

Its absurdly basic, description field on invoice just allows space for a basic sentence (around 5-7 words), text will not CR to next line at end of column space, will just add(…) and will not display anything else, building invoice wont tell you when that column restriction has been reached, you cant sub-itemize or describe anything, fixed format, some customization on customized printing (just fonts and selection of columns to print) changes are not saved as a preference or templete, just a one time customization, no possibility to change fonts on fixed format. Yes, its only $4, and creates invoices in a few clicks, if you want a Neanderthalic kind of invoice. Creates a passable looking invoice but dont extend yourself beyond single words or a tarzanic 1 sentence on description, if you are fine with this, then this app is for you, but you will need this kind of moronic description of services 1 out of 300 invoices you do. To the developer: If you are going to do something, do the best you can, not something just barely there because "its only 4 bucks maaaan"… Total waste of money and time to go through it.

So, did I overlook the feature where you enter a payment? I cant find it anywhere - and if I cant enter payments received for the invoices Ive created, then whats the point? If I missed the payment option, let me know and Ill adjust my rating!

first off i would like to say despite all of its downs im sticking with it , first off it is so siple to use. there are not 1000 menus just to make an invoice. but on the to my complaints of this app. #1 you have to click just above the word to write something in it ( that is very very annoying) #2 there is no Mobile version, come on you know how hard it is to have to remimber every thing you did for days until you get back to the main office to make a simple invoice. #3 it keeps changing the folder I told to put the invoices in. pluse i dont a 1000 invoices on my desk top after i mail them, just mail the thing from the app , and if i want to export an invoice i will. #4 you can tell what you made latst months or even last year with out going through each customer and looking at the dates and calculating it yourself. #5 you cant tell it today give the person $10 discount you have to make it a % discount and that makes for some very odd change. for now that is all i have to say.

I tried another app more expensive that this, and this little guy is twice of better that another invoices softwares. For $5 you have everything that you need. It simple and easy to use.
